Your dead-on example can easily be related for those who live their means. Clients seek career advice often relating to their economic situation, too. Good common sense.

I watched that show and immediately cleaned out all my old stuff and threw it away. I try to tell my kids that stuff is hungry and needs to be fed; look at playstation and xBox--you have to keep "feeding" it with more expensive games. The less you have the less you need to feed. I also tell my kids, there's nothing I can buy with the credit I have that feels as good as having nothing on my credit.
I love it, back to logic and out of debt! I am a big fan of Dave Ramsay and his books have changed the way I viewed spending. I am also looking forward to "The Mystery of Tithing" we have experienced the same blessings through Tithing and be darned if I can explain how!
